Ask about VotingReal working boards running synthetic data from a Demo Volunteer Fire Department. Click and you're looking at exactly what your TVs will show. Press F11 for the full kiosk experience.
Same code, same data flow, same kiosk you'd get for your station. The Voting board uses simulated election results so you can see exactly how the meeting-room display behaves on election night.
Big buttons, dark screens, glove-friendly inputs. Looks at home on the iPad strapped to the cab and on the phone in your pocket between calls.
Every check, alert, hydro, and bunker-gear inspection is timestamped and attributed. When the auditor shows up, you hand them a tablet, not a banker's box.
This isn't a generic SaaS bolted onto a fire-service skin. Every screen reflects how a real apparatus floor actually runs — including yours.
The tools your department uses every shift, finally living together.
Per-apparatus walkarounds with photo references for every compartment, fuel and mileage capture, and a one-tap "flag this" that opens a ticket on the spot.
Service life and hydro dates tracked per cylinder — steel, fiber-wrap, carbon, your custom types. The PA Fire Academy inspection template is built in.
NFPA 1851 lifecycle tracking per firefighter. Members get a private link to flag their own gear — no app to install, no extra login.
Set par levels by compartment. When stock dips below the line or an item is close to expiring, a ticket opens automatically — before anyone notices on a call.
Every flagged item becomes a ticket with priority, comments, assignment, and a clear status. The board on the dashboard tells the whole truth in one glance.
Pinned bulletins, scheduled expirations, and a system-event timeline of every check, alert, and inspection. Tell the next shift what they need to know — once.
Hydros, PPE inspections, supply expirations, registration renewals — everyone who needs to know gets a friendly heads-up, from your department's name in their inbox.
Member information is locked down. Roles match the chain of command. Two-factor and modern passkey sign-in keep the wrong people out. You hold the keys.
Real screenshots from the demo board, running right now. Click any "View live demo" to open the real thing.
The flat-screen on the dayroom wall, finally earning its keep. Weather, today's training, upcoming hall rentals, social events, and any announcement the chief pinned that morning — live, big, and built to be readable from across the bay.
Tone drops and every TV in the station instantly shows the active call — address, type, who's marked up, run order based on the area and call type, and a live map. Pulls from Active911 in real time; no extra hardware, no extra integrations.
The back-office side of running a fire company — the part most platforms forget. Active, social, and junior rosters in one place. Cert tracking that tells you who's FF1, who's Proboard, who's EMS, and where the gaps are. Training hours, social hours, meeting attendance, compliance, and the department-history archive your historian has been begging for.
📊 Training hours rolled up by quarter — instantly auditable.
🤝 Community service & fair hours — separate categories, single view.
✅ State compliance: background, child abuse, FBI — expiration alerts built in.

The four questions every chief asks before saying yes. The answers stay the same whether you're a 30-member volunteer co. or a 6-station county.
Names, emails, phone numbers, SSNs, ID-theft PINs — encrypted on disk with an application key separate from the database. Even a stolen DB backup is unreadable.
Members, certs, training hours, journal entries — all exportable on demand from the admin panel. If you ever leave, we hand you everything and shake hands. No retention games.
TOTP authenticator + WebAuthn passkey sign-in built in for every account from day one. Backup codes for the chief who locks themselves out. No upcharge.
Reminders + invites + agreements go out from events@yourdept.org, not from us. Members never see "Station Pulse" in their inbox. Per-tenant SMTP, SPF + DKIM aligned.
Honest comparison vs. the two systems most departments switch from.

Three reasons the chiefs we talk to actually pull the trigger.
Bunker gear lifecycle records have to be inspection-ready. The fastest way to fail an audit is "we have it somewhere in a binder". One-tap timestamped records means you hand the inspector a tablet, not a banker's box.
Apparatus + SCBA documentation directly affects the ISO score, which affects every homeowner's insurance bill in your service area. Departments dropping from a Class 6 → 5 on documentation alone is not rare.
The chief who's been holding it all in his head for 25 years isn't always going to be there. The records he carries need to live somewhere when he hangs up the gear.
For a single station with one apparatus and one TV, you can be up and running in under a day. We'll import your members from a spreadsheet, you wire your CAD feed (Active911), point your TV at the board URL, and you're live. Multi-station and county-wide deployments take longer — we plan it with you.
No. Start with what hurts most — usually Truck Check or the Wallboard — and add the others when you're ready. Each product is sold separately, and the bundle discount kicks in any time you have two or more.
They're Office add-ons — small tools that piggyback on your member roster. Sign-Ups is for trainings, fundraisers, and socials (with public signup links, time-slot pickers, and reminder emails). Voting is for officer elections and bylaw motions (token-based ballots + a live admin console). Each is $25/yr on top of your Office subscription, since both lean on the member data you've already paid Office to maintain. You can't buy them stand-alone — Office is the foundation they sit on.
Editor seats are the people who change things — admins, officers, training officers. Anyone viewing the wallboard or CAD board on a TV doesn't need an account. For Truck Check, every firefighter who marks a check complete uses one seat — that's why the cap is 250. Most volunteer departments use 30-80 truck-check seats.
Yes — that's exactly how the CAD Board works. You generate a personal refresh token from Active911's developer console (1-year lifespan, free), paste it into Station Pulse's admin panel, and the board pulls alerts and marked-up responders in real time. No extra Active911 license needed.
All your data — members, certs, training hours, journal entries, custom check templates — is yours and exportable as CSV/JSON any time. We don't lock you in. If you ever leave, we hand you everything and shake hands.
We've done this a few times. Send us your current export (PSTrax has a CSV export; paper can be scanned + we'll do the typing), and we'll have it loaded before your first day live. Free as part of onboarding.
PII columns (names, emails, SSNs, ID-theft PINs) are encrypted at rest with per-application keys — not just the database, the values themselves. Two-factor and modern passkey sign-in are built in. Every action is audit-logged with the actor's user id and timestamp. You hold your own admin keys; we can't read your members' private info even if we wanted to.
Active volunteer firefighter who got tired of the existing software being either expensive, ugly, or both. Station Pulse is built and run from one person who actually shows up at calls — not a Silicon Valley team treating fire service as a vertical to extract from. If you email support, the reply comes from the person who wrote the code.
No login. No data saved. Backed by your browser's cryptographic random source — the same OS-level entropy HTTPS uses — with rejection sampling so every entry has provably equal probability of being selected.
Pick any number 0–1,000,000. Set the range, pick 1–3 winners, optional 3rd→1st reveal. Zero-padded for printed tickets (01, 02…).
Paste a roster — one per line, comma-separated, or pasted from a spreadsheet. Pick 1–3 winners with announcement-style reveal. Up to 500,000 names.
Send us a note — a real person replies, usually the same business day. Bring questions, screenshots from your current setup, or just "what would this look like for us."
